I have yet to be allowed to pick up our pieces we painted. I've gotten two calls .pushing back the pick up date. I was told I could pick it up the next Sunday after we came into the shop (1 full week). The first call was oh our power went out so it won't be ready till Wednesday. Then on Wednesday I get another call saying the power went out and it won't be ready till the following Wednesday. On both calls they tell me its because one of the pieces is so large they would rather fire off other peoples smaller pieces than ours. Sounds like they don't care about keeping their word on pick up days. I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service and all the excuses its garbage. Moral of the story they want your money, you pay significantly more for the larger pieces but they don't want to fire them since they take up too much room and other customer pieces are clearly more important. If you go don't select a large piece get something small that they can easily fit in the kiln.
